Directions:  
cook meat with garlic and carrot.
let cook while cook noodles.
add egg and 1/4 cup of cheese to cooled meat mixture.
add 1/4 cup sauce to meat
spoon meat mixture down middle of each noodle, roll place into lasgana dish.
Cover rolls with remainder sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30-60 min. Sauce will be bubbling and cheese melted.
